- We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise, with original sales receipt, with original sales tag attached, within 30 days of purchase.
- We regret that we can not accept returns on special order items or final sale items.
- All returns are subject to verification.
Where returns are accepted:
- Merchandise, whether purchased in store or through our online store, may only be returned or exchanged at SAschooluniforms.com 10646 Gulfdale Suite #2, San Antonio, TX 78266.
With the original sales receipt:
- In-store refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
- If the purchase was made with a credit card, the receipt and the same credit card are used to make the purchase are required.
- After 30 days, only exchange for other products will be accepted.
- In the event a purchase was made by check, a 10-day waiting period is required for cash refunds.
- In stock merchandise is usually shipped within five days of the order through our online store.
- Shipping charges are applied based on USPS or UPS costs.
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- SAschooluniforms.com does not allow for cancellations once an order has been processed. Refer to the Return and Exchanges Policy to return or exchange unwanted goods.
