Returns/Exchange Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

SAschooluniforms.com Return and Exchange Policy: 

  • We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise, with original sales receipt, with original sales tag attached, within 30 days of purchase.
  • We regret that we can not accept returns on special order items or final sale items.
  • All returns are subject to verification.

Where returns are accepted:

  • Merchandise, whether purchased in store or through our online store, may only be returned or exchanged at SAschooluniforms.com 10646 Gulfdale Suite #2, San Antonio, TX 78266.

With the original sales receipt:

  • In-store refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
  • If the purchase was made with a credit card, the receipt and the same credit card are used to make the purchase are required.
  • After 30 days, only exchange for other products will be accepted.
  • In the event a purchase was made by check, a 10-day waiting period is required for cash refunds.

Shipping:

  • In stock merchandise is usually shipped within five days of the order through our online store.
  • Shipping charges are applied based on USPS or UPS costs.
  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Cancellations:

  • SAschooluniforms.com does not allow for cancellations once an order has been processed.  Refer to the Return and Exchanges Policy to return or exchange unwanted goods.
